  • The training includes a foundational module included in all the trainings and additional modules to customise the content to meet your needs.

    The training consists of live sessions and short learning materials to maximise the learning.

    Each training session will:

    • Focus on practice and in-depth practice feedback & debrief

    • Include short tool-related practices & sustained discussion practices related to real-life workplace scenarios

    • Connect tools, skills and their application to multiple contexts, with an emphasis on workplace communication

    • Emphasize active group learning and collaboration

    • Provide concrete takeaways participants can practice before the next training session

  • The duration and time commitment depends on the chosen training modules.

    The foundational module is 6 hours, and each additional module is 2 hours each.

    Training will typically vary from 10-16 hours depending on the scope and depth.
