  • "Soliya's training was, without a doubt, the best professional development training I've been part of in my career. It taught me so much about how to help people have difficult conversations about tough topics, lead a discussion impartially without weighing in with my opinion. I can't recommend it enough for anyone working in international affairs or diplomacy."

    Diplomat | United States

  • "I recommend training to all educators wanting to create inclusive classrooms. If we want to protect critical inquiry on campus, we need to empower our students with the skills and mindset that enables them to approach difficult conversations with confidence.
