Step 1: Learn the Foundations


Start your journey with our asynchronous, self-paced 5-week Introduction to Online Dialogue Facilitation course, designed to build your core toolkit. Through 12–15 hours of flexible learning, you’ll explore key concepts in dialogue, online group management, and facilitation techniques. 

NOTE: Already a trained facilitator, mediator or group leader? You may be eligible to skip this step.

Step 2: Build & Practice


Join our Advanced Facilitation Training, a 10-week live program where small, diverse cohorts work closely with Soliya trainers. You’ll dive into real-time facilitation practice, receive personalized feedback, and develop advanced skills in leadership, communication, and group dynamics.

By completing the training and practicum, you can join Soliya’s Facilitator Community of Practice, where our network of certified facilitators deepens their craft, grows their skills, and accesses continued training.

NOTE: This training is required for everyone seeking certification. Upon completion, all participants earn a Soliya certificate. You’re eligible to continue learning for certification and paid opportunities.

Fall Training Round: Oct. 4 – Dec. 11, 2026

Step 3: Facilitate & Certify


Complete your practicum by facilitating real Soliya dialogue sessions over a minimum of 4 weeks. You’ll receive two rounds of targeted, written feedback from a dedicated coach and ongoing mentorship throughout. Those who complete the practicum qualify for a joint Soliya–UN certification.

Upon completion, you will become a member of Soliya’s global facilitator network. You’ll also gain priority access to paid facilitation opportunities (both online and in-person) and may be eligible to pursue the Soliya Trainer Track, unlocking further paid opportunities.
