She joined Soliya as a participant in 2019, later becoming a facilitator, coach, and trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and recently earned Soliya’s Trainer Badge.

Merna is driven by continuous learning and by supporting others’ development through facilitation and coaching.
