Anna supports the L&D department and designs new content to refine and expand on program offerings.

She advanced through Soliya’s training pathway, from participant to facilitator to trainer and now develops interactive learning materials. She holds an MA in Psychology and has significant experience supporting displaced communities through psychosocial and educational programs.

Anna is inspired by authentic human connection, empathy, and creating environments where people can grow and contribute peacefully.
