Through year-round learning opportunities and shared reflection, we equip our community to connect, lead, and advance. The Facilitator Community of Practice - through our committed members - is the essential ingredient in how Soliya has consistently dialogued across differences for over two decades. 

The Soliya Facilitator Community of Practice is available to all individuals who have successfully completed the Advanced Facilitation Training.

  • Dive into interactive, hands-on sessions that strengthen your facilitation skills, deepen your understanding of Soliya’s dialogue methodology, and expand your self-awareness so you can lead with confidence and intention.

  • Twice a year, come together for virtual gatherings that celebrate you and your fellow facilitators, featuring inspiring speakers from the community, group discussions on facilitation strategies and group dynamics, and shared reflection that fuel both personal and professional growth.

  • Engage in thought-provoking, community-led conversations about pressing global issues and facilitation challenges, experiencing firsthand how constructive communication can bridge divides.

  • Join a small, peer-led cohort to role-play real scenarios, workshop tricky facilitation dilemmas, and exchange mutual support in a safe, collaborative space.

Soliya’s Facilitator Community of Practice is available to all individuals who have successfully completed the Advanced Facilitation Training.

We welcome inquiries from experienced facilitators trained elsewhere. While membership in the Community is selective, we regularly consider external experts whose values and approach align with ours. To explore whether it’s a good fit, contact us at community@soliya.net.
