Farah leads the implementation of Soliya’s Connect Bel3araby dialogue and training programs, manages university partnerships, and supports overall program strategy.

She has nearly 15 years of experience designing and delivering local, regional, and global programs in cross-cultural dialogue, peacebuilding, youth, and education.

A certified facilitator and coach, Farah holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Gender and Women’s Studies from the American University in Cairo, and is driven by empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to evidence-based impact.
