Katja heads Soliya’s Learning and Development Solutions department and leads the execution of our partner programs and trainings. Katja also oversees Soliya’s communications.

She started with Soliya as a volunteer facilitator and grew into roles focused on innovation, co-creation, and program design. She holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies and an MA in International Conflict Analysis, and is a trained mediator.

Katja’s work is fueled by deep curiosity and a constant drive to learn, enabling the creation of dialogue spaces across diverse differences.
