Nada joined Soliya in 2013 as a participant and later became a facilitator, coach, trainer, and staff member. She holds a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature.

She contributes to Connect Program curriculum design and works closely with volunteers to ensure the quality of facilitation & successful program engagement. She also strengthens the Community of Practice by creating workshops and resources, assessing and reviewing expert facilitators, and supporting coach training.

Nada believes deeply in the transformative power of dialogue and is inspired by witnessing meaningful shifts in participants’ understanding and engagement.
