I’m incredibly proud to step into the role of CEO at Soliya, an organization that has shaped my journey for over two decades. I trained as a facilitator in one of Soliya’s very first cohorts, and returning now feels like coming home.

At a time when global dialogue is in crisis, Soliya plays an essential role in equipping the next generation to engage across differences and navigate disagreement without division. We’re building space for viewpoint diversity—not as a threat to identity, but as a strength that deepens connection, understanding, and resilience in communities around the world.

To our 60,000+ alumni, our 1,000+ trained facilitators, and the broader Soliya community: in the months ahead, the Soliya team will be working even harder to weave this network into a powerful force for facilitating the future.
