Tarek is a former Fulbright scholar, foreign language educator, and cultural researcher. He is passionate about intercultural exchange, inclusive education, and higher education reform, management, and curriculum development. With teaching experience in Tunisia, Turkey, and the U.S., he also advocates for global learning opportunities, meaningful youth engagement, and the purposeful use of digital education tools to strengthen global citizenship and promote peaceful coexistence.
