Overview of the Role

Senior Facilitation offers experienced facilitation practitioners the opportunity to deep-dive into working with diverse group dynamics.  As a senior facilitator, you will solo or co-facilitate multiple groups in exchange for a stipend. This role is suitable for those with flexible schedules.

Skills & Qualifications

• Successfully facilitated a minimum of 16 hours (the equivalent of 2 Connect Global semesters) in the Connect Program &/or Global Circles within the last 2 years;

• Demonstrated use of skills in the key areas of facilitation to effectively address and support group dynamics;

• Demonstrated understanding of/alignment with Soliya’s facilitation model as it pertains to neutrality & multi-partiality.

NB: All applicants who are shortlisted will be required to hold a practice facilitation with Soliya staff, and fellow applicants in July or August.
